Full web and mobile educational platform design/build

I'm looking for talented web and mobile developers to help me design and build a full educational platform. My project does not have a specific UI language preference. Additionally, I will require backend development support to be able to successfully complete my project. Therefore, any applicants should have a good understanding of both front and back-end development.
