You have to be a master in typography, layout design, padding, margins, font kerning, everyhting that will make the resource look great.
Other skills: good english is mandatory, attention to details, perfectionist, working in teams

in the style of the other examples I've sent and comment in your bid, after I will contact you and then we can talk about design and hiring. It needs to look like a poster same as Titanic one in the examples.
