Full-Time Visual Design & Admin VA
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for one reliable person to stay on board long-term and cover both my day-to-day visual design needs and light administrative work.
What you’ll do each week
• Turn briefs into scroll-stopping social media graphics in Canva
• Lay out clean, on-brand presentations (also in Canva)
• Tweak and retouch photos as needed
• Draft short captions or supporting copy so every graphic is ready to publish
• Keep my records tidy through accurate data entry
Schedule & commitment
Monday to Friday you’ll be plugged in for roughly six hours a day; on Saturday and Sunday I only need three hours. I work asynchronously, so you can choose the exact window if we overlap for quick feedback once per shift.
Tools & workflow
Everything design-related happens in Canva, so you should already feel at home there. We’ll share files through Google Drive and track tasks in a simple Trello board.
Compensation
The role pays a flat $150 per month, released in milestones every two weeks once the agreed number of hours and tasks are met.
