Frontend and Mobile Design and Development Project ( Arabic preferred )
Budget: $1,000 – $2,250 USD
Project Overview:
We present a proposal for the development of an all-encompassing website designed to enhance employee processes through the seamless integration of received files into business workflows. The proposed system involves the creation of packages, addition of files to packages, verification by supervisors, and task assignments to employees. Users will have the ability to make assignments, write user logs using fixed text, or choose from a dropdown menu at each stage of the workflow.
Additionally, the initiation of each step is contingent on moving to the department without a specific user assignment, and progression through a step remains incomplete until assigned to a user. Once assigned, the step can proceed to completion or rejection. The system will also oversee the control of departments, sub-departments, user groups, sub-groups, user roles, sub-roles, and users, capturing all pertinent data such as names, emails, and associated information.
Expected Simplified Template Components at least (UI):
- Sign In/up, forget, reset password pages.
- Multiple Languages with RTL or LTR based on language selected
- Empty Main Page with side bar (Direction based on language)
- Form Page with main component such input text box, input text area, datetime, chick box, radio, file upload, searchable dropdown list.
- Grid View shows raw data with searchable, pagination with ability to have nested table for each row and sorting.
- User Profile View
Expected Site Management Components at least (UI):
- User Profile management (view, update)
- Users Page management (view, add, update, delete)
- Departments, Sections and Roles management (view, add, update, delete)
Expected User Experience (UX):
- Responsive Pages With Change Of Direction Based on the language
- Streamlining multiple assignments or file completions with the flexibility for bulk processing or individual handling.
- Implementation of a user-friendly mobile app for efficient logins and scanning of file barcodes to seamlessly insert them into selected packages .
- Adoption of a Kanban view to display files assigned to a specific department or individual, complemented by search functionality in the dropdown menu for package ID, file name, or other parameters. (Each column represents a step in the workflow)

Mobile app part : Simplified React Native Mobile App
Objective: Develop a simplified mobile app template using React Native
Key Components:
Splash Screen: An engaging initial screen for brand recognition and user engagement.
User Authentication: Secure login and registration functionality to ensure user identity and data protection.
Empty Main Page: A customizable main page, ready for future feature integrations.
Advanced Feature - File Integration:
Package Selection & Barcode Scanning: Implement a feature allowing users to select a package and scan file barcodes. This integration facilitates the swift addition of files to the system, aligning with the project's goal of streamlined file management.
Timeline for Project Progress:
- Design prototype using Figma, emphasizing the integration of customer identity elements such as colors, logos, and fonts.
- Establish simplified template to serve as the project's foundation, facilitating future updates and modifications.
- Develop the web and mobile app by Extend the simplified template to develop the main project, ensuring a cohesive and efficient end product.
Expected Output:
- Delivery of all source codes for the design (Open source files) and frontend ( Must be will documented) .
- The freelancer is responsible for creating a comprehensive README file explaining how to use the source code for the client.
Deployment and Collaboration Requirements:
- The freelancer is obligated to utilize our GitHub repository for pushing all commits hourly and daily. This practice ensures transparency and allows for real-time progress tracking, fostering a collaborative and communicative development process.
- All associated subscriptions, including the creation of Apple or Android accounts for deployment, are to be covered within the client's budget.
- The freelancer is expected to collaborate effectively for each deployment requirement, be it for the frontend or the mobile app.
