Front end react js site for prototype

I would like to build front-end project the same with this site: https://www.apeuni.com
All features are:
- Home page of registered user: https://www.apeuni.com/en/pte/user_center/home?type=home
- All page in menu as in the picture (attached file)
Requirements:
- Framework: ReactJS 18.x
- Clean code (has comment -English language)
- Support multi languages: English, Vietnamese
- Have sample data and sample action for all pages and all functions
- Responsive must supported
