Freelance WebApp Designer -- desktop / mobile

We are looking for a Freelance Product Designer to help build a web based frontend for a Crypto Liquid Staking Protocol -- web-site / web-app -- desktop / mobile

The important bit:
We need a logo, color scheme, figma design of the frontend and user flow.
Probably there be will be some back and forth, try various designs / versions.... esp on the logo.
We are not sure how long it will take, but I do not think it should take longer than 1 month.
There will be an initial delivery, then later changes and refinements.

Things You Will Do:
Work with our product team to create an intuitive design and user journey.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs for our web application
Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for blockchain interactions
Research competing projects and identify design flaws to provide actionable recommendations on an optimal design
Work closely with developers to implement designs, ensuring that the final product meets design specifications and user expectations
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a relevant design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative excellence.
Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to launch, particularly in crypto or Web3 environments
Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Proficiency in English communication and documentation
Nice To Have:
Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and digital identity concepts
