A-Frame Menu Boards, Restauracja Botanica
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
BRIEFING — A-Frame Menu Boards, Restauracja Botanica
What this is
I need print-ready designs for a double-sided A-frame menu stand. Each side has two boards: a large one (top) and a small one (bottom). Side 1 = Polish, Side 2 = German. Final result: 4 print-ready files.
The design
You design the look from scratch — background, layout, decorations. I want a clean, elegant, botanical theme (the restaurant is called "Botanica", seaside location). Think cream/off-white background, olive branch illustrations, sage-green accents, refined typography. Make it look premium and appetizing. Use my logo (provided) at the top.
Concept first, for approval
Before composing everything, send me an initial design concept for approval (proposed background, layout, typography and style — a single sample board is fine). You only start the full work after I approve the concept.
The content
All dish names, descriptions and prices come from the attached 2026 files. The text and prices are final and correct — copy them exactly, do not change any wording or price.
Very important: all Polish special characters must be correct and present (ą, ć, ę, ł, ń, ó, ś, ź, ż). Make sure the font supports them and that none are dropped or replaced anywhere.
LARGE board = all food, including pizza:
Starters, Soups, Salads, Burgers, Pasta, Meat dishes, Fish & Seafood, Pizza, Kids' sets.
Note: there are a lot of items. Pizza is the longest section (13 items). It must all fit on the one large board — adjust spacing and text size so it's full but still readable from a few meters away.
SMALL board = all drinks:
Cold drinks, Teas, Coffees, Beer, Wines, Cocktails, Shots, Sides & Sauces.
Languages
Build the Polish version first, then make the German version in the exact same layout (just swapped text). PL and DE must look like one matching set.
Important — one file has no layers
One of the source files (back PL) is a flat PNG with no layers, so it can't be edited. For that one, please rebuild the small Polish board from scratch, using the small German board as the layout and taking the Polish text/prices from the PNG.
Board sizes (exact, vertical/portrait)
Large board: 79.5 × 99.5 cm
Small board: 79.5 × 48.5 cm
Add 3 mm bleed on all sides (the printer trims it off — final size stays 79.5 cm wide).
Final files
CMYK, 100–150 DPI at full size (large-format, viewed from a distance)
Print-ready PDF (or TIFF), with bleed
Fonts outlined or embedded
Editable source files with layers (complete set): in addition to the print-ready files, please also provide the editable source files with all layers intact for all 4 boards (large PL, small PL, large DE, small DE) — PSD with live text layers, not flattened. I need to be able to update the prices on every board myself for next year's edition. If you use any non-standard fonts, please list their names or include the font files.
