Format Supplied Documentation in Corporate Standards
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I need a designer who can format documentation for my company. It's crucial that the documentation is in line with our corporate standards.
Requirements:
- The documentation will be supplied in Word or Excel and will need to be formatted in Canva to corporate standards (see examples)
- The final files will be provided as both the original Canva working file and a print ready PDF.
- The primary audience for this documentation is our employees, so it needs to be clear and easily understandable for them.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficient document layout skills.
- A high level of written English.
- The ability to proofread supplied documents for any errors, and check their own work before submission.
- Experience in creating process documentation.
- Understanding of corporate standards.
Briefs will be supplied on an ad hoc basis, and while there are no minimum guaranteed weekly hours, work will be required on a permanent ongoing basis.
Applicants should provide both their hourly rate and an idea of how long it would take them to format a raw document to the standard demonstrated in the examples provided.
