Format Canva Nonfiction Book PDF

I have designed my entire nonfiction book inside Canva and now need it professionally prepared as a press-ready PDF that any major self-publishing platform will accept without fuss. The pages, images, and text are all in place; what’s missing is the fine-tuned layout work—consistent margins, properly embedded fonts, accurate page numbering, and a clickable table of contents if that is straightforward to add from the existing file.

You’ll receive the original Canva link so you can either work directly in Canva or export into InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or another tool you prefer before sending the finished PDF back to me. The final file must meet typical upload checks for Amazon KDP and IngramSpark (no trim-size errors, CMYK where required, correct bleed settings).

Deliverable
• One polished, publication-ready PDF.
