Form/Flyer for Federal Government Workers

I require a graphic designer to create a set of forms and flyers. 2 of these are educational in nature, containing only a quick facts sheet, while the third is promotional.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing three forms and flyers:
- Two educational forms containing quick facts about our services
- One promotional flyer
Ideal Skills and Experience:
