Flyer and word correction on previous project

Design a flyer for a disability organisation. Also some words were spelt incorrectly on a previous project I need them adjusted.

Attached is a basic brief on what I'm after.

My previous designer is no longer available, so I am looking for someone who is creative, good communicator, punctual and can do work to the quality as my previous designer
