Flyer resize and edit

I have a psd file that I want help with to arrange with the spacing of the menus and resave it in pdf as a4, as 70x100cm and 71x175 cm. If you look at the bottom the logo is gone, that have to be fixed also. I also would like to have that PSD file saved i the sizes a4, 70x100cm and 71x175. The file is 186mb large and i will send it to you as a link for downloading.

This needs to be done in 5h.
