Flyer for real estate booth at bridal expo

This project is to design a one page flyer that I will hand out at a bridal show. I have the content for the flyer prepared. I would like a flyer designed that is printer friendly and does not have large blocks of dark color. I am looking for a clean and simple yet elegant design.
