Flyer design for free counseling services available for first responders

I am looking to create a flyer to promote free counseling services available to first responders. The flyer should be aimed at swaying the audience to take advantage of these services and show the importance of mental health awareness. The target audience should be exclusively for ALL first responders serving in Montgomery County (all employees employed by a first responder agency). The main message the flyer should convey is to promote the availability of these free services available through 4 different counselor groups.. The design should be professional and minimalistic. We would like logos for the 4 different counseling groups as well as their addresses and phone numbers. Images of law enforcement, fire fighters, EMS and dispatchers preferred but not necessary if design is too “busy.” Biggest impact needs to be that these services are FREE and paid for by The Woodlands Firefighters Foundation. Small print at bottom of flyer should read “Up to 6 sessions covered free of charge.” If room allows maybe list different reasons to seek counseling by listing “PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Marital, etc”
