Flyer Design for Contest Promotion

I'm looking for a talented designer to create a two-sided flyer for an upcoming contest and to promote our website.
On one side of the flyer, it will need to provide details about the contest and feature a QR code that links to the entry form. The other side will display our company name and include a QR code that directs to our website.
The design should blend:
- A bit of Modern/Sleek,
- Fun and Colorful,
- Professional and Corporate
Ideal skills and experience for this job would include:
- Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong understanding of modern design trends
- Experience in creating promotional materials
