Flyer Design & Social Media Position

Hi, I'm looking for a qualified designer to help me create an effective flyer and to help me promote it on social media. The flyer I need is a one-sided flyer with content that's already prepared. Plus, I'll need more than 7 social media posts to effectively distribute it among my target audience.

I'm looking for a creative and reliable designer who can complete this project in a timely manner and make sure the design looks great and conveys my message. If you think you're the right person for this job, please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you! I am attaching examples of the PDF flyers I need made. The information on each sale or lease will be provide on each flyer (at time of new design).

FLYER DESIGN: This would be a long term job offer so accuracy on the information (especially financial details) is extremely important. Each flyer should not take more than 10 minutes to design, as we use a template and edit each new flyer fro 1 main template.

SOCIAL MEDIA: This would be daily posts on our Facebook page and keeping google page + website up to date. For example:
"Just SOLD" announcement and you would post on Facebook + website or "Just Leased" "Just listed" ,etc.

GOOGLE: We also want the freelancer to update photos, and comments on google to keep SEO ranking and google presence up to date/ good ranking.
