Fix up SVG vector to look like new style

Hi , I have a character design done as a vector, and roughly i have done a version of the new style we want it in, but i need someone to tidy up the work and make it more professional so it can be printed on a growler beer bottle. Lines need to be thicker than 5px - one color tone of white. It would be great if you could recreate it with each of the layers being separate (left hand on one layer, right hand on the other etc)

The Hands need the most attention.
