Fix an Icon for Client

I have a design that needs a small fix. Client has an icon that he owns the rights to but would like the nose to be "fixed", so it is more correct skeletally. The nose only has one "bone" down the middle and his has three. I will send the images separately to who wins the bid.
The concept of the image is skeletal/terminator in the likeness of the client.
I included his Icon that he currently uses but also just the plain image colorized as well as the one closest to "black and white" but has some small errors. He would like the new image in both black and white and with his current color configuration.
Needs someone who has good communication skills and willing to get this just right! :)
