Find your next dream home postcard

I need assistance with a Real Estate postcard. I am using a template but I am unable to make some changes that I want to make. It is a postcard that after printing, will be mailed out. I just need the template customized for me and then I will send out to print. I need the headshot photo changed out and I would like the picture with the heat of the blacktop put in place of the house and add the text boxes to the top and bottom of the blacktop pick. So there will only be 1 postcard with 2 sides. See attached files...
