Figma prototype

I am looking for a skilled designer who can create a Figma prototype for my presentation.
The Figma prototype is an ‘Employee Engagement Software’, the prototype website should be such that employees of an organization can view, rate, review and comment their opinions to planned or ongoing Software/Digital development projects in an organization, after which they will be rewarded points.
Purpose:
- The prototype will be used for presentation purposes.
Design Style:
- I am open to anything and do not have a specific design style or theme in mind.
Number of Screens/Pages:
- The prototype will have 4-7 screens/pages.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Figma and designing prototypes.
- Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Experience in client presentations and understanding their requirements.
- Good communication skills to understand and incorporate client feedback.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
