UI/Figma design for a website

I am looking for a talented UI/Figma designer to enhance the user experience of my website.
The main goal of the design is to
1) create a good impression to users
1) enhance user experience
2) creating a seamless and intuitive browsing experience.

Specific elements that I would like to be included in the design are
1) custom graphics, which will help to establish a unique and visually appealing brand identity.
2) nice and clear layout

While I do not have any existing design or style guides to follow, I do have some ideas in mind that I would like the designer to incorporate. I am open to the designer's creativity and suggestions, but I would like to have some input in the design process.
