Figma design for a website

I have a very simple layout I need created. It will be for web based software for my personal use. The pages I need created are in the attachment. I need someone creative who can take my word doc and make it into a user friendly layout with pastel colors and a modern yet simple look. Rounded corners, fairly large font, and pastel colors are important. Please review the attachment prior to bidding. The design is extremely simple.
