Figma design for existing app

I am looking for a Figma designer to improve the overall user interface of my existing app, as well as add some new functionality. The user interface improvements are of high priority and should be prioritized accordingly. While I don't have a specific design guide or branding to follow, I do have some preferences that should be taken into consideration. Ideal skills for this job would include proficiency in Figma, a keen eye for design, and experience in app design.
