Figma UI Design for Static Webpages

UI Design Project in Figma – Scope & Requirements
We are looking for a UI designer to create Figma designs for the following web pages:
1) About Us
2) Partner
3) Terms & Conditions – 10 static text-based pages consisting of all terms - all text content. We will provide these on the first review.
4) Contact Us
5) Independent Video Page
6) Subscription Cancellation Form
We have provided two reference pages (homepage and upsell page in first two tabs in excel document) with our brand colors, fonts, and button styles. The designer must ensure consistency by using the same visual elements throughout the designs.
Review & Feedback Process
There will be two preliminary review rounds where we will provide feedback, request modifications, and expect necessary changes before finalizing the designs.
The designer must incorporate all feedback before submitting the final version.
Ownership & Handoff Requirements
Before the final payment is released, the designer must:
Transfer full ownership of the Figma files to our account.
Provide all design components and assets without third-party restrictions.
Deliverables & Technical Requirements
The final submission must include:
Figma Source Files – Properly labeled and organized layers.
Exported Assets – Icons, images, and other assets in SVG, PNG, JPG formats as needed.
Style Guide (if applicable) – Including color codes, typography details, and button styles.
Component-Based Design – Using Figma’s auto-layout, reusable components, and proper constraints for responsiveness.
Developer Handoff Support – Using Figma’s "Inspect" feature to provide clear CSS, spacing, and layout details for development. Work should be completed in 2 weeks with all reviews included.
