Fashion designer for startup

I am looking for a fashion designer who specialises in activewear and dance-wear. I am an aerial dancer, and am wanting to design my own apparel, that encompasses styles from ballet outfits, contemporary/lyrical dance, and materials of activewear. I have a few ideas that I'd like to work on, so I'd love to build a long term working relationship :)
