Fashion designer to assist mood with /concept board and collection development

Seeking a fashion designer that can assist with mood/concept board and collection development. I'm currently in the process of starting a sustainable infant and toddler clothing brand and needing assistance with bringing my ideas to life. The brand is centered around metropolitan/big city vibes (no florals, animals, dinosaurs, or trucks here :)). This will start off as a short-term project (1-3 months) with the potential to grow into a longer term project.
