Fantasy Card Game Design for Children

Seeking a designer to create a template for sample cards for a card game.

The game is themed around collecting natural ingredients and crafting potions. Each card is split in two halves, the top features art of an ingredient, and the bottom features a text box that contains information about a potion. I would like the card to be a "full art" card using the image of the ingredient as the background, and the "potion recipe" to appear on a scroll on top of that.
Each card will need a place for me to add the following information:
- The name of the ingredient should appear in a textbox at the top of the page.
- The element associated with that ingredient will appear in a circle near the top right of the card, please add a frame for this but you can leave the circle white.
- A textbox in the style of a parchment scroll which is large enough to hold the name of the potion crafted, the cost of the potion, and the effect of the potion. The name of the potion should have a noticeable textbox similar to the ingredient name at the top of the card.
- A gold coin centered on the bottom of the card which will represent the reward for crafting the potion.
If possible, I'd like to receive the design in a format that allows me to programmatically add details to the card. For instance, if you use photoshop, I will accept the raw photoshop file instead of a png. Otherwise, It could be helpful to separate the design into separate layers and provide them as pngs, such as a layer with all the textboxes, and a layer with the borders for the card and the information on that card.
