Family reunion T-Shirt Design

I am looking for a designer to create a T-shirt design for my family reunion. While I don't have specific design ideas in mind, I do have some general ideas that I would like to incorporate. The main element that I would like to see in the design is our family name, year and family value(strength, Godfearing unity, royalty loving, and caring . We are from Liberia west African and from the Lorna tribe and would like that’ incorporated as well. Additionally, the T-shirts will need to be custom-sized for each family member.
