Family Memory Montage

I would like to create a graphic/logo/tshirt print to be printed on a most likely a dark shirt or hoodie. This is a photo of my late son who I would like the design to incorporate his physique. The hat is important to me and the yellow P on the hat needs to remain present. I have tried some AI generators, but I am not getting what I like. Close, but not quite something I could have printed on a tshirt. My son's name was Brandon and his nickname was 'B'. He lost a battle with cancer and we used 'B Strong' during his battle when we referred to his fight. I want something that looks like it belongs in a gym and on workout cloths.
