Facebook and Instagram Ad Designer

Hi Freelancers, we are a food ordering app in the United States and we are looking for a person that designs social media ads (image and video, creative content as well), we are looking to work with this person on a monthly basis. I would like to have someone who has experience with apps and even better food delivery industry. We are getting the phase of our ads that we are launching on social media websites so this person needs to be aware of what other companies design.
