Facebook Ad Graphic Design

I'm looking for a creative graphic designer to create an high converting ads for meta ads. We are a high volume performance team scaling activity globally.
Ideally you have STRONG experience creating ads for meta that convert - you know the ins and outs of producing ads for purchase events.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing social media ads, specifically for Meta,
- Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Ability to use Figma
- Knowledge of Facebook ad specifications and best practices
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma)
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Good communication skills for revisions and feedback
