FMCG Product artwork design

I am in need of a talented designer to create artwork for my FMCG snack product packaging. I have a rough concept in mind for the design, but I am open to ideas and suggestions. The packaging material will be flexible pouches. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in FMCG product design and be able to create eye-catching, visually appealing designs that stand out on the shelves. Knowledge of branding and the ability to work within brand guidelines is also important.
