Eye-Catching 'Your Vote, Your Power' Banners

I'm looking for a designer to create two banners (4X6 and 4x8) promoting voting with the saying "YOUR VOTE, YOUR POWER". The design should be bold and vibrant, steering clear of the traditional red, white and blue color scheme.
Key requirements:
- The banners should be bold and eye-catching, with a vibrant and colorful scheme.
- Incorporation of voting-related icons and abstract shapes and patterns.
- Representation of African American/Black people voting within the design.
- Include logo attached
- Need with in 6-12 hours
