Expert product packaging designer (good initiative)

We are looking for someone that can design us some packaging for a product (the artwork)
We have a logo but would need this logo editing / merging into the artwork
We need this person to have a great mindset and ability to suggest better suggestions and show us many examples without keep changing for samples (idea set)
