Expert Vector Designer in Photoshop/CorelDRAW

I am looking someone who is good in doing designing, like have hands of experience on vector file, tracing using software corel draw, photoshop, basically.. we need someone who can deliver us the vector file. Let me know. If someone interested. Have to pass through a quick demo to qualify. We have big project coming up. That will cost around $500 and above. So bid only if you are ready for a quick demo. Otherwise don't. I will not allow someone who will say, pay me than I will do.. it's a sample or a 15min work.
