UI/UX Expert Needed to Improve Laravel Filament (v5) CRM for UK Estate Agency
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX specialist with strong Laravel Filament experience to help refine and improve the user interface of our new estate agent CRM that we have recently migrated from a legacy system.
Our platform is built using Laravel + Filament v5 and is used by a UK-based estate agency team for managing sales, lettings, and property workflows.
Your role will be to review the existing interface and implement meaningful, practical improvements that enhance usability, clarity, and efficiency, while staying aligned with Filament’s design principles.
---
Key Responsibilities:
* Review the CRM interface page-by-page and improve UI/UX across the entire navigation
* Refactor layouts to improve clarity, usability, and visual hierarchy
* Ensure consistency with Filament design patterns and best practices
* Optimise table (list) views:
* Reduce excessive width
* Eliminate unnecessary horizontal scrolling
* Reorganise or remove non-essential data
* Improve form experiences:
* Simplify smaller forms (e.g. remove unnecessary tabs)
* Introduce better structures for complex forms (e.g. Wizards where appropriate)
* Create a UI standards document for our development team, including:
* Design guidelines
* Component usage patterns
* Layout conventions
* Real examples from the system
---
Technical Context:
* Framework: Laravel
* Admin Panel: Filament v5
* Demo: https://demo.filamentphp.com/login
* Docs: https://filamentphp.com/docs
You will be provided with:
* Access to our GitHub repository
* Access to a staging environment for testing and review
---
Workflow Requirements:
You must be comfortable working within a structured development workflow:
* Create ticket
* Create branch
* Submit Pull Request
All work should follow clean, maintainable, production-quality standards.
---
Time Tracking:
This is an hourly project. You will be required to use time tracking software such as DeskTime (or equivalent) to provide a verified record of hours worked.
---
Requirements:
* Proven experience with Laravel (essential)
* Strong UI/UX design skills, particularly in data-heavy applications
* Experience improving dashboards, admin panels, or CRM-style systems
* Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and performance
* Strong attention to detail
* Clear communication and documentation skills
---
To Apply:
Please include:
* When you can start work
* Examples of relevant UI/UX work (especially Filament or admin panels)
* Brief explanation of your approach to improving complex UIs
* Any experience working with Laravel/Filament
---
We are looking for someone who can think critically about UX, not just make visual tweaks. The goal is to create a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive experience for our internal team. We are aiming for the project to be finished by the end of May.
I have attached screenshots of the current system.
