Experienced UX/UI Designer Needed for Long-Term Mobile Quiz App Project

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI designer to work on a long-term engagement project focused on mobile game development. The project involves designing a quiz app that provides a unique user experience with many unique features. We will discuss these features in more detail once we establish a connection.
We are looking for an expert who can bring their ideas to the table and align with our project goals. As this will be a long-term engagement, we anticipate incorporating feedback and making updates to the app beyond the MVP launch.
Below are the key requirements -
1. Strong knowledge and experience in UX/UI design principles and practices
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
3. Experience in designing mobile applications, specifically mobile game development
4. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
5. Understanding of user research and testing methodologies
6. Familiarity with the latest design trends and emerging technologies
7. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other team members
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
9. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in design throughout the app.
10. Having experience in designing quiz applications or games is a plus but not a must-have.
