Existing Logo Design enhancements

I have a logo I did in paint and unfortunately when I go to make bigger for a banner you can see pixilation. I need two version of the same logo, one with wording (actuarial Retirement Consulting) and one without. Attached is the existing logo. looking for clean sizeable version for media. need .PDF, JPEG, BMP and GIF formats
