Exact Logo Replication Needed -- 2

I have a clear picture of an existing logo and I simply need it rebuilt so it matches pixel-for-pixel, curve-for-curve. No colour tweaks, no text additions—just an accurate recreation of what you see in the image.

Because I’m not sure what format the original was created in, please supply the finished artwork as both a fully editable vector file (AI or SVG) and a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. If you prefer to trace in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or another vector tool, that’s entirely up to you; I just need the end result to be crisp and scalable.
