I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a comprehensive event portal. The site should allow users to add, edit, delete, and pay for events. Event organizers can pay to promote their events via email to a subscriber database. The system should manage subscriptions and send a weekly email of upcoming events.

Key Features:
- Event Management: Add/edit/delete and pay for events.
- Email Promotion: Paid feature to send events to subscriber database.
- Automated Emails: Weekly event roundup to subscribers.

Integration Requirements:
- Payment Gateway: Stripe
- Email Platform: Whatever platform works best (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact)

User Roles:
- Admin: Full control over the site.
- Event Organizer: Manage their own events.
- Subscriber: View and receive event updates.
