Marketplace Listing Optimisation & Social Media Management (Etsy, eBay & Amazon)

Job ID: 40155153

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

I run OlympiaGrip, a performance sports accessories brand selling across Etsy (https://www.etsy.com/shop/OlympiaGrip?ref=seller-platform-mcnav) , eBay, and Amazon, and I’m looking to boost both sales and brand presence through a combined marketplace optimisation and social media management project.

The priority is to elevate every product listing with high-impact, conversion-led visuals, while also using those assets to maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence that supports product discovery and brand trust.

Scope of work

Marketplace listing optimisation (Etsy, eBay & Amazon):

Full image sets for each active product listing, including:

Primary hero image optimised for marketplace search results

Lifestyle / in-use imagery to show real-world context

Clean, neutral background versions suitable for Amazon & eBay

Platform-optimised image sizing for Etsy, eBay, and Amazon

Consistent colour grading, framing, and visual style across all listings

SEO-friendly image titles, file names, and alt text suggestions (natural and human, not robotic)

(Nice to have) light copy or headline improvements to improve click-through and conversion

Social media management (Instagram & Pinterest):

Repurposing listing imagery into scroll-stopping social content

Creation of on-brand posts highlighting products, use cases, and key benefits

Caption writing in a creative, engaging, brand-aligned tone

Hashtag and keyword strategy aligned with product discovery

Posting schedule and ongoing account management

I can supply existing raw photos, product specs, and brand guidelines, or I’m open to an end-to-end creative and photography solution if available.

Final assets should be ready to upload across marketplaces and social platforms, with a clear, repeatable workflow for future product launches.

If you have experience improving marketplace conversion rates while also growing social engagement for e-commerce brands, I’d love to discuss timelines, deliverables, and how many listings and posts we can tackle in the first phase.
