Etsy Digital Product Alteration

I am needing to create my own digital products to be sold on Etsy, and other platforms eventually. I want to Alter existing content already existing and being sold by others on ETSY, incorporating our brand colors and designs, then created ads from this altered content to be sold on Etsy and others right away.
