I’m looking for a talented children’s book illustrator to bring a fun and heartwarming story to life. The book follows a group of fruit and root characters (like Taha the Kava, Nani the Taro, and others) through a story about friendship, nature, and resilience after a storm.

I already have AI-generated concept images that capture the general tone, layout, and color palette, but they lack the emotional detail and polish that a skilled artist can provide. Your job will be to take these concepts and create professional, storybook-quality illustrations that maintain a consistent style across all pages.

Scope of Work:
•Total Pages: 11 illustrated story pages
•Style: Warm, vintage-inspired 2D cartoon (soft tones, friendly character design, simple expressive faces)
•Characters: Anthropomorphic fruits and vegetables (Kava, Taro, Ginger, Pineapple, Flame Fruit, etc.)
•Environment: Natural gardens, island-style settings, gentle storm and recovery scenes
•Tone: Wholesome, uplifting, and educational — aimed at children aged 4–8
•Art Deliverables:
•11 full-page illustrations (high resolution, suitable for print and digital)
•Front cover design (title and illustration)
•Optional: simple background elements for use on marketing materials

You’ll Be Provided With:
