Enhancements for my MERN Stack Health Site

I'm looking for a web developer to improve my MERN stack website which connects patients with doctors. The goal is to upgrade its appeal, functionality, and SEO friendliness without starting from scratch.
Key Requirements:
- Enhance design, layout, and graphics to create a modern, clean interface that supports user-friendly navigation and an improved homepage.
- Integrate multi-lingual support for English, Chinese, and potentially Bahasa Indonesian.
- Ensure the site is mobile responsive.
- Optimize website for SEO.
- Implement robust user authentication and authorization to enhance security. Particularly for patient signups.
- Develop an online appointment booking system for easier scheduling. This is already developed but needs improvement.
- Provide unique features to profile doctors, such as doctor interviews, doctor articles / blog posts, and unique showcases for the doctors' capabilities.
- Integrate a live chat feature to allow real-time communication between patients and doctors. This should be affordable.
- Add a blog section for posting articles related to health and wellness. This is already developed but needs improvement.
- Integrate social media features to increase engagement and user interaction.
