Engraving design for redwood sign

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create an engraving design for a redwood sign. The engraving will be approximately 13in wide and 5 in tall. The design should include both text and image. The image should include a scene with the Los Lunas landscape/mountains in the background (see image 1) and a building in the foreground (see image 2). The text should be in Alex Brush font saying "Celebrating Dr. Don Leach and 47 years of Visionary Care." I would like the style to be similar to the redwood sign in image 3.
