Engaging WordPress Developer for 3 short-term Rental Properties
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I manage three short-term rental properties, each with its own domain. I am seeking an experienced WordPress developer to design and build three fully functional property websites, either as separate installations or as a multisite setup (developer recommendation welcome). The sites must be easy for me to maintain—I have prior experience with the WordPress dashboard, and a clean, intuitive backend is essential.
Two of the properties are located near major theme parks, so a design approach that allows for potential future location-based upsells or attraction bundles is beneficial (though not required).

• Build three WordPress websites, each tied to its own domain
• Configure SSL certificates for all sites
• Implement a clean, maintainable backend with logical content organization
• Import and publish property images and copy (provided by me)
Design Requirements
• Propose design concepts tailored to each property
• Styles may:
o Reflect the local theme/area, or
o Use a minimalist layout emphasizing property photography
• Ensure responsive, mobile-optimized design across all devices
• Would like to e able to add a video tour in the future

• Booking calendar with real-time availability
• Online payment processing, including credit card and Apple Pay
• Ability to set and modify:
o Nightly rates
o Taxes & fees
o Discounts
o Blackout dates

o Booking confirmation
o Pre-arrival reminders
o Checkout instructions
Guest Interaction Features
• On-site guest book for visitor entries
• Rating/review system for past guests
• Optional recommendations for additional features that improve guest experience
Plugin Flexibility
I am open to plugin recommendations. Potential options include:
• MotoPress Hotel Booking
• WooCommerce + Bookings
• WP Booking System
• Bookly Pro (with payments add-ons)
Key requirement: final solution must be stable, scalable, and admin-friendly.

• Initial content (photos + text) added
• A Loom video or PDF walkthrough detailing how to:
o Update photos and galleries

o Set blackout dates
o Manage booking notifications and emails
• Brief post-launch support for minor adjustments
