I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to create a compelling commercial real estate brochure. The brochure should highlight key points such as the location, amenities, floor plans, and pricing of the property. It will be primarily aimed at real estate agents.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in graphic design and layout
- Proficient with Adobe Suite or similar software
- Experience in real estate marketing is a plus
Design Aspects:
- A neutral color scheme, initiative and professional, should run through the brochure.
- Clear and engaging presentation of location, amenities, floor plans and price
- Creative use of graphics and imagery to make our property stand out

Attached is our previous brochure but would like something similar with new company logo and information.
