Engaging Flyers & Trifolds marketing to hospice and homecare agencies

We are a Durable Medical equipment supplier. I am looking for 3 flyers. I would like trifolds with one section on the outside containing our address in the upper left when folded so we can mail them out if we desire. One to market our supplies and equipment rentals to hospice companies, One to market our supplies to home health nursing companies, and a general flyer marketing our supplies and services to the general population that we can leave in doctors offices and other locations around the community.
