Employment & Learning Portal Design- Location Only Bengaluru -USA-UK Freelancer -- 3

I'm looking to develop an employment portal that is not only easy for job seekers and employers to use, but also includes an extensive set of features. If you have experience with creating similar platforms, this project could be an ideal challenge for you.

Specifically, I need:
- User roles for Job Seeker, Employer, Online Test, Interviewer, Trainer, Em, and E
- Features such as job search, resume upload, job application submission, and company profiles
- An Online Training Program with elements like Video lectures, Interactive quizzes, Assignments, and Live webinars
- A Live Interview functionality

The ideal candidate for this project will have a range of skills, including:
- Proficiency in web development with a focus on user experience
- Experience in creating job portals or similar platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, as you'll be working closely with me to ensure the platform meets our requirements
- Knowledge of how to integrate additional features like the training program and live interviews
