Employee shirts for a cafe and wine bar

Hi, we are looking for someone to design and produce employee shirts for our cafe and wine bar. We serve coffee and pastries in the morning, lunches, and wine and charcuterie at night. We’d like the shirts to feature a logo and text design in a crew neck style, in black. We are looking for a designer with experience in apparel design to help us create a unique and eye-catching design that will represent our establishment in a professional manner, and the design also should be unisex.
